ARAP
ARAP stands for Association Reporting and Presentation and is similar to an AGM (Annual General
Meeting) but more inclusive and youth led! Each year as a Group, we are required to run an ARAP event
and report to our community in a way that provides inspiration, information, education, recognition and
celebration for Scouting and its local community through a short, positive, youth-focussed and community focussed presentation.
This year, our ARAP will take place on Monday, 21st August,
from 7-8.30pm in the Scout Hall.
Youth and Adults will give reports on the year’s accomplishments and celebrate all that is scouting in our
group. Families are invited to attend the ARAP. Hopefully an event will be posted on your Team App or
Facebook Page or you may RSVP directly to Tanja on mikeandtanja@bigpond.com or 0413 487 211 – or
just turn up – you’re more than welcome! We look forward to an informative evening.
